Before the big day, side effects it is essential for every angel to prepare their minds and body and working out is an excellent way to do that! Everybody has their own workout regimen to suit their needs ranging from weight based training to boxing or martial arts; I prefer cardio based circuits! Below is a one of two complete circuits I do with my trainer Simone, doctor I would do this circuit (all of the exercises one after the other) 5 times and each exercise targets different parts of the body giving you a total body workout that isn't boring! You would do 3-5 rounds of all these exercises with a minimal resting period between each round; 30-45 seconds max!

Glutes Bridge.

Good for: Glutes (buttcheeks), unhealthy lower back and core (stomach muscles).

How many: 12 - 15

Positioning: The heels of your feet should reach your finger tips for perfect distance for this exercise.

Modified Birddog.

Good for: Core, triceps and glutes.

How many: 12-15 per leg with a weight ranging from 2.5kg to 5kg.

Positioning: Extend your arm from your elbow and try to keep your toes point downwards! If you're arching your back you're doing it wrong!

Overhead Stationary Squats.

Good for: Shoulders, glutes and quads

How many: 12-15 per leg with a weighted ball ranging from 5kg

Positioning: Your front knee should never go over your toes, aim to bring your back knee directly downwards and squeeze your core!

Weighted Squats.

Good for: Glutes, thighs, triceps and quads.

How many: 12-15 with a weighted ball or weights ranging around 5kg.

Positioning: Make sure you legs are a good width apart and that you keep your back straight. As always, squeeze your core!

One Leg Glute Bridge.

Good for: Same as original glute bridge just more challenging.

How many: 12- 15 per leg.

Positioning: Keep your knee parallel to the one thats on the ground.
