With Spring in full swing in London (I flew to New York the same day lol)  I have finally been able to pack away my winter coats for good and have been living in my camel coat. It's a rich, viagra 60mg camel tone which I love and goes really well with light denim which is a staple must have for spring and can be teamed with so many of my bright jumpers and fun tees. I styled mine with a fine knit, YSL t-shirt, my vintage Levi jeans and my new Nike Janoskis which I absolutely love. My newest and most addictive accessory I added to my outfit is my new Gucci sunglasses which I managed to find in a sale for such a good price I couldn't resist. Sunglasses are a way of adding a pop of colour to your look without distracting from the rest of your outfit and come in so many shapes and hues this season that you can turn the plainest of wardrobe choices into a 10/10 outfit! Last week after shooting my first campaign here in New York I got a cab to the airport, dosage ready for my flight to Zurich to then catch my connecting to Venice. Of, recipe course me being Leomie, recipe things did not run like this at all and I ended up going from New York to Zurich to Brussels to Venice with a three hour delay and arrived 11 hours later. Perfect.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by my good friend Betty and my old mate Todd who I knew from my ASOS days and knew that the following two days would definitely be interesting. The venue was a coach and a boat ride away from the hotel which gave me early morning entertainment as half the models had sea sickness lol.

The Diesel Reboot was all about the new head designer, Nicola Formichettis’ first big collection for the brand since he joined and he completely reworked the brand making it edgier with leather pieces teamed with acid wash denim and military boots and an army of 80 models to show case it- the most models I have ever worked with at one time. It was amazing. The backdrop of the show was a moving image piece created by none other than Nick Knight.

The male models were tatted geezers with a real grit to their look (even though some of them were the sweetests souls I had ever met) and my idol Brooke Candy did a sexy performance just before the finale of the show where all the models came out wearing balaclavas; an ode to the Pussy Riot activists.

Working with so many characters was really fun and I really did learn not to judge a book by its cover (or its tattoos) and the show itself was epic to watch; just check the hashtag ‘Dieselreboot’ on Instagram.
