This was my third season doing the Jeremy Scott show but I wasn't any less excited. I love working with him and his team as they're like a real family which is a nice relief during the craziness of fashion week. I had my fitting a few days before the show so I knew i would be walking out baring flesh as I love to do so was really hyped for the show. The show was held at Milk Studios in New York which is another show space but also my favourite show space because it's big, more about about it light and airy; a contrast to the Lincoln Center backstage. Everyone is always in good spirits before a Jeremy Scott show and even during the rehearsal everyone was talking excitedly about the collection and comparing looks, viagra totally ready for the actual show. I had to get ready earlier because my boots alone took around ten minutes to get on and then I got oiled up- can't have dry bum cheeks on the runway! The backstage area began filling up with models, dressers and hair and makeup and the buzz began to build with girls and guys posing for the cameras and getting their checks before getting into line up. Once the lights dimmed and the music began everyone was laughing and dancing backstage all eager for it to be their turn to go onto the runway; when it was my turn to step out I checked my body for dryness (lol) and walked out, enjoying my moment. Thanks so much to Jeremy and his team for having me for the third season in a row! Hope you guys enjoy these backstage pics and thanks to my mate Mercedes for taking them :) IMG_7508 IMG_7509 IMG_7516 IMG_7528 IMG_7562 IMG_7567 IMG_7572 IMG_7581 IMG_7591 IMG_7594 IMG_7603 IMG_7611 IMG_7612 IMG_7628 IMG_7629 IMG_7633 IMG_7634 IMG_7643 IMG_7644 IMG_7656 IMG_7667 IMG_7669 IMG_7672 IMG_7681 IMG_7701 IMG_7703 IMG_7708 IMG_7725 IMG_7750 This was my third season doing the Jeremy Scott show but I wasn't any less excited. She is not only an amazing designer but also an amazing character with such passion about everything she does so I was honoured to walk for her again this season! She is one of the few who really care about the world we live in and not just the fashion bubble she works in and I remember backstage when I first walked for her she was talking to all us girls about the importance of caring for the environment- you'll often see her in south london riding her bike or using the tube to reduce her carbon foot print. Her show was held at Somerset House last week and she said the hair and makeup was meant to be fresh faced and young so no foundation with a messy red lip and rosy cheeks; we were on an adventure, here maybe climbing a mountain or maybe just had a quick kiss. The nails were navy and some were actually made to look chipped to give off that young, store carefree vibe. The clothes, dosage as always, were beautiful with tartan prints, satin and sequins flying about backstage in the form of tailored suits, and skirt sets for the office chic adventurer, a long sequinned dress for me and many beautiful jackets and dresses- just so many perfect pieces for the autumn winter season. Hope you guys enjoy these backstage pics and I hope to be showing you some more in a few months time next fashion week! Thanks to my mate Marqee and Rebecca for some of these pics too :) IMG_8001 Mum got to watch me :) (makeup from previous show)IMG_8015In hair and makeupIMG_8005Hollie May backstage!
