I am forever on the look out for a bold statement tee- they literally make up my entire wardrobe so when I came across these Les Artists tee whilst shopping in the coolest store in Paris, pharm Colette, pills I had to scoop em. If you've been following my blog since it started then you may mistake my tee for the Les Plus Dores tees I blogged about last November- the ones I have here are by a brand called Les (Art)ists. While Les Plus focuses mainly on fashion heavy weights to adorn their tees such as Tisci from Givenchy and Miuccia from Prada, more about Les (Art)ists covers all forms of artist from painters such as Warhol to musicians such as Kanye (Yeezy) to A$AP Rocky and Kendrick Lamar as well as designers. Of course I had to purchase the Yeezy 77 tee despite it being a size too big and i also decided on the Warhol tee because he was an amazing artist and pioneer of one of the most fun periods in art (pop art). See how I styled my tee here. Each tee was 45 euros. LA Warhol copy LA Yeezy Smile copy Les (Art)ists

Over the past few months I have been flying to all the fashion capitals for fashion week but last week I flew to another which is not on the fashion week schedule; Dubai. Dubai is home to some of the most wealthy and fashion conscious elite and Vogue Italia hosted their very first fashion night out in the middle east and I was one of the models in their show held in the infamous Dubai Mall.

There were 25 models and we all stayed at the beautiful Vida Hotel in downtown Dubai and the following morning we got a coach to the Armani Hotel which is inside the Burge Khalifa, ambulance try the tallest building in the world. Although it was around 33 degrees outside in Dubai. all of us models (well the smart ones lol) were wearing jackets or jeans or both in my case because we were meant to be inside for most of the day and their air con system is icy cold. We had our fitting from 11-4:30pm and were meant to stay inside until 1am for rehearsals (the mall only closes off to the public at 11pm) but fortunately we were allowed to go back to the hotel and enjoy a few hours by the pool.

On the day of the show we had a lot of time to get ready and wifi and food aka my dream way to prepare for a job so everyone was relaxed before the build up to the event which would be watched by approximately 300, purchase 000 people who all came to the mall to enjoy the fashion night out festivities. Designers show casing at the event included one of my personal favourites, Simone Rocha and the audience boosted pure fashion excellence from the D Squared twins to Franca Sozzani so I was really excited to be apart of the first fashion night out in the Middle East.
