When it comes to technology I am a complete and utter geek. Be it the Apple Keynote Conference or reading reviews for possible lens and accessories for my new camera, decease I am always looking for the next thing to purchase. But, cheap thinking back on it, my first camera was actually one of those izone mini polaroid cameras when I was in Primary school- remember them? They would take the smallest, most useless size polaroid ever and you could stick them places (imagine I still have one on my window. A pictures of me and three random girls I don't even recollect). Feeling nostalgic, I headed over to my favourite shopping destination (ebay) and found a UK based seller who had a stock of Fujifilm Instax polaroid cameras; There are loads from Asia too if you're not in a rush to receive it. Wish I ordered it earlier so it could've arrived for my trip to Amsterdam but at least I shall have it for Dubai and NYC! It cost me around £83 and came with 50 polaroids which is really good! First pic had to be of me and my mum! You can buy the same deal as me here. IMG_1930 IMG_1927 When it comes to technology I am a complete and utter geek. IMG_1930 IMG_1927 On Sunday morning I departed from Gatwick to the city of Amsterdam for the first time with three of my best friends for a trip of a lifetime- everyone should do it at least once! We stayed in an amazing hotel with the best beds ever right near a beautiful canal and some of the best spots in town! We had a crazy time with loads of banter visiting the most famous landmarks and embracing the culture as well as gorging ourselves on waffles and ice cream haha. Amsterdam is now one of my favourite cities, purchase not because of their much better laws, nurse but because I love their style and attitude- it has the character and delivery of London but with a way more laid back feel. It's also super clean there and everyone rides bikes- can life get any better? If I could tell you guys half of the jokes I had with my friends in Dam you would think we were all mad but it was definitely a wicked break and the perfect way to start summer!
