I was in Sainsbury's the other day and stumbled upon the nails file designed by The Apprentice winner Tom Pellereau called the 'stylfile' and thought I would give it a try. At the time I was getting a bit bored of my usual oval shaped nails and wanted to try doing a stiletto style shape which people commonly do with Acrylic nails but on my own natural nails and I discovered how amazing the Stylfile was for that. Usually, cost using a normal nail file would produce a very triangular nail shape which I feel looks too pointy, visit web but using the Stylfile I found that it created a rounded point which I feel is the perfect stiletto nail! Instead of taking the nail file all the way over the top of the nail, you simply stop half way on each side to creat the perfect point. Once you have achieved this, you can round off the tops ever so slightly so that your nails aren't super sharp because if they are your own, they will catch on fabrics and rip. So all you need to achieve the perfect point is the stylfile which is available at Sainsbury's and other stores listed here! DSC09657 DSC09654NAILSLSS When it comes to my style I would say that statements tees are my must have accessory. Whether it has a picture of Kanye on it or a naked Marc Jacobs, ed I am a lover of all types of tee. This look is my smart casual way of styling up a tee- t-shirts don't always mean dress down. I love my 'Celine up the bitches' t-shirt by designer Michael Agwunobi which I got last year because it is a conversation starter, especially in my industry and I feel like that is what a statement tee should do- drum up interest in your look. I teamed mine with a pair of tuxedo trousers which I got in a size 12 (which I do for a lot of my bottoms) to create a more manly, oversized fit and a pair of chunky biker boots with a cut out heel to add to the manly look of my outfit. I love clashing prints and patterns so wore my vintage Ralph Lauren blazer on my shoulders to add colour and texture.
