At 7 am this morning I jumped in a car and was driven to Burgess Park in Camberwell to shoot for River Islands website! We pulled up behind the massive tour bus looking thing (called a winnebago lol) and I began mentally preparing myself for what I would be doing today. It was about 1 degree or less today and we would not only be shooting outside but also be shooting festival wear aka shorts and t-shirts with a thin jacket if you're lucky haha! It was me, sick another girl named Elouise and two male models called Toby and Simone and luckily we all really got on because we had to act like a bunch of cool kids together hanging out during summer. This was a challenge as it actually snowed a lot during the day and if it wasn't snowing the wind was icy and poor elouise was in the tiniest shorts for a lot of the shots! My first two looks were a lot of bare leg and a crop top too- I was so cold I had to laugh! With jobs like this the atmosphere between everyone on set is crucial and I am happy to say that I loved every minute working with these guys! Even though we were all freezing the banter was genuine and helped take my mind off of how mad I must have looked to the kids in the playground (err but how mad are those kids to be out in the snow out of their own free will anyway?) and I really enjoyed my day! I took loads of behind the scenes snaps for you guys so you could see what it was like for me shooting with a group of models on such a mad day! photo 1 photo 2 photo 1 photo 5 photo 2 photo 5 photo 2 photo 2photo 1 photo 1 At 7 am this morning I jumped in a car and was driven to Burgess Park in Camberwell to shoot for River Islands website!
